My client are a leading tier 1 construction and property developer operating throughout the UK. Projects include student accommodation, mixed-use schemes, retail, and residential developments. They provide state-of-the-art expertise and hands-on experience, ensuring outstanding results.

They are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their business and play an integral part in the company's future. You'll be working on a range of high-rise schemes across the North West whilst overseeing the commercial team.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

Manage all commercial and contractual matters on site.
Effectively manage the commercial team.
Successfully deliver the project and achieve optimum cash flow.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the Clients.

Skills required:

Proven experience in a similar commercial role along with people management responsibilities/experience.
A proven ability to minimise cost and maximise value, profit, and cash flow effectively.

Salary: On offer is an excellent salary of 90,000 plus package
