Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Welwyn Garden City / Hybrid
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
COMPANY PROFILE
Our client in Welwyn Garden City is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join their team. The role involves overseeing financial and administrative services to guarantee the efficient, timely, and accurate processing and settlement of customer accounts.
Our client works within the Entertainment Industry, and with ambitious growth plans this year, its an exciting time to join their Finance team and overall business.
They are seeking someone to start immediately so they may consider Temporary to Permanent.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident PC user across Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Strong numerical skills and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
- A good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Good time-management skills
- Available immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing weekly reports on Aged Debt
- Keep an eye on client accounts to make sure timely payments are made
- Monitor accounts and incoming payments
- Verify discrepancies
- Prepare and manage bills, invoices and bank deposits
- Assist in preparing financial statements
- Communicate and build strong relationships with customers
- Ad hoc tasks to support the team
