Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work for a client in the Welwyn Area working within a Supported Living service.
The Role:路 Assisting with daily living and domestic duties路 Developing positive working relationships路 Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected路 Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans路 Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client路 Build and maintain relationships with service users.As a Support Worker - the following experience and characteristics are considered essential to the role:路 A minimum of 6 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.路 The ability to be patient & calm under pressure路 Easily adaptable to new environments路 Reliable & trustworthy路 Eligible to work in the UK -Right to work.路 Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essentialThis is a permanent position working directly for my client.
