A well-established law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team on a temporary basis.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will provide support to a Partner and have experience within Residential Conveyancing. Duties to include:
- Typing dictation files
- Drafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when required
- Obtaining company documents through Companies House
- Completing and submitting SDLTs online
- Putting together report documentation for purchases
- Procuring indemnity policy quotes
- Diary management
- Dealing with file opening and due diligence requirements
- File closures
This Conveyancing Legal Secretary opportunity is a temporary role, working 10am - 4pm on various days throughout May.
Requirement
- Experience supporting a residential conveyancing team within a law firm
