Job Description:
A large national FM and maintenance company are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large mobile site in Victoria This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working with shift pattern
Package includes:
- Salary 48,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays and a static role)
- Shift role with 4days on and 4 days off

Requirements / Qualifications:
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification
- 17th edition or 18th edition
- Experience working in commercial facilities maintenance - 3 phase, emergency lighting, fire alarms, multi skilled experience
- Full UK Driving license
Day to Day Duties:
- Pre-planned and reactive maintenance
- Emergency lighting
- 3 phase electrics
- Fire alarms
- Sprinkler systems
- PAT testing
- Mechanical equipment - fans, pumps, motors, plumbing
