My client are an established main contractor who work on education, leisure, healthcare and commercial projects across the North West.  They are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team!

Ideal candidate:

  • Must have lead projects during the preconstruction stage of a project.
  • Must have 2 stage tender experience.
  • Track record of delivering successful projects.
  • An inspiring leader.
  • Happy to travel across the North West.
  • Experience using ASTA planning software.
  • A tier one company background would be beneficial.

Duties include:

  • Leading the preconstruction team through 2 stage tenders taking responsibility for programme planning, logistics and subcontractor selection.
  • Overseeing 3/4 projects valued up to £10M.  These will be new build and refurbishment schemes.
  • Managing client relationships.
  • Visiting sites every week/ 2 weeks ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
  • Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.
