Do you have a background as a Care worker or Support Worker and looking to step up into a senior role where you will be instrumental in providing the highest level of care for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities?

In the role you will contribute to the management and coordination of a team of carers. In the role you will also provide crucial independent living support to some of the most vulnerable people in the community.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for domiciliary care, live-in care, complex care, and learning disabilities support.

This role would suit anyone with a background in health and social care looking for progression and training to step up into a senior position.

The Role:

  • Assist in the management and coordination of a team of carers
  • On-call responsibilities and help with preparing and adjusting care plans
  • Hands on support work to provide full range of personal care, Medication Support and assistance with food and fluids.

The Person:

  • Background in health and social care as a care or support worker
  • Looking to step up into a senior role
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence
