Join a well-established firm on the outskirts of Leeds, as an Investment Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be at the forefront of identifying and analysing prime investment properties. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping investment strategies, conducting market research, and delivering tailored solutions that maximise returns for clients. Your insights and recommendations will fuel their investment aspirations, propelling them towards wealth-building ventures in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.

This company are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who has a passion for investing, a keen eye for opportunities, a knack for negotiation and strong communication skills. This Investment Sales Consultant role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and plenty of opportunities for professional development in a supportive team environment.

The role:
  • Manage inbound enquiries and efficiently respond to warm leads.
  • Understand investor objectives and respond appropriately.
  • Provide email proposals with in-depth information on investment opportunities.
  • Occasional face to face meetings and attend and participate in investor seminar events.
  • Have a core sales focus, match up property investment opportunities to the right investor and get them committed to the purchase.
  • Answer investor inquiries relating to both the company services and individual properties.
  • Actively seek to guide investors towards partner services.
  • Carry out research and prepare materials for investors to ensure opportunities are maximised, showcasing relevant knowledge.
  • Update the CRM system with effective notes and accurate data.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by senior management.
The person:
  • A proactive mentality, with a positive mindset and upbeat attitude.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, organisational and efficiency skills.
  • Able to rapidly build rapport with others, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Eager to enhance and expand property knowledge.
  • Competency with numbers, and being able to effectively work out prices, yields, and discounts (training for which will be provided as required).
  • Knowledge about the property industry (preferred).
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly analyse information/financial figures (desirable).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the investor market (essential).
  • Dealer sourcing background. Knowledge of bridging products (desirable).
What is in it for you:
  • Up to £32,500 basic salary per annum (D.O.E)
  • Expect your OTE to look like £50k-£60k in your 1st year and £60-£80k in your 2nd year and of course, it’s all UNCAPPED!
  • Monday-Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 + Friday 09:00 - 17:00
