Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive Supply Chain strategies.
- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain services, ensuring seamless operations across all functions.
- Identify and implement workflow optimizations to enhance service delivery and maximize efficiency across our client's brands.
- Collaborate closely with our client's headquarters to manage operational Supply Chain services, monitor inventory levels, and control costs.
- Engage in demand planning, inventory management, and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Conduct thorough SCM analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong emphasis on demand planning, inventory management, forecasting, and SCM analysis.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying effective Supply Chain strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
