The Ashdown Group have been engaged by a global organisation, to assist them in their search for a Head of Affiliate and partnership  Marketing.

  This role is hybrid working three days from the Hampshire Head Office and two days from home.

  Due to continued growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Head of Partnerships and Affiliates to join their marketing team and play the lead role in developing their successful traffic partner network.  The partnership and affiliate channel is one of the most critical areas for their business, supporting future global expansion, (currently UK and US markets, with further global expansion over the next 24 months) and this individual will develop and execute new acquisition strategies across a range of third-party partners.

This is a strategic senior role working in a mature business channel and it will require a seasoned expert with in-depth affiliate and partnership marketing expertise and an established external network.

  This is a key role with the objective of delivering user acquisition growth through new and existing demand-side partners, underlined be a range of KPIs across quality and cost efficiency.

  Key responsibilities will include:

 - Build, develop and manage the pipeline of new affiliate and alliance partners

 - develop existing partner relationships

 - ensure the user acquisition delivery from partners is meeting customer demand profitably.

 - Lead the negotiation of commercial terms with all partners,

 - Regularly reporting on performance to senior leadership teams

  To be successful in this role you'll have demonstrable experience in user acquisition through affiliates, alliances and digital traffic partners with an excellent knowledge of classified or programmatic digital marketplaces and high-volume user acquisition.

You will come from a business development background with strong commercial, and negotiating skills.

As well as a track record in strong leadership and project management skills and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, you'll need an expert understanding of affiliate tracking methodologies, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

This role comes with  an e xcellent basic salary up to £120,000 , performance related bonus and generous benefits package
