A fantastic opportunity for an upcoming chef to join a growing and successfull hotel in Windsor. This will be the perfect role for youto work alongside the head chef and a small friendly team, cooking with fresh, high quality ingredients to execute beautiful seasonal dishes. Based in Windsor.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a chef managing all sections of the kitchen
- Ability to train and develop the junior team
- Stock counting experience
- Solid H&S procedure knowledge
- Working and producing meals for the main kitchen and lounge area
- Supporting the Head Chef in each service
