A fantastic opportunity for an upcoming chef to join a growing and successfull hotel in Windsor. This will be the perfect role for youto work alongside the head chef and a small friendly team, cooking with fresh, high quality ingredients to execute beautiful seasonal dishes. Based in Windsor.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a chef managing all sections of the kitchen
• Ability to train and develop the junior team
• Stock counting experience
• Solid H&S procedure knowledge
• Working and producing meals for the main kitchen and lounge area
• Supporting the Head Chef in each service
