We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef at a busy and well established site within an exciting gastro pub group.

- Salary of up to £40,000 depending on experiences
- 48 hr week
- 5 days working with set days off

The Person
The successful Sous Chef will have the following:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment, ideally at AA rosette level
- Classically trained
- Experienced in whole fish filleting, meat butchery, fresh soups and stocks
- The ability to manage the team and run service in the absence of the Head Chef
- Adaptable and flexible approach to the changing menu and guest requests
- Be local or have own transport is a must as the pub is not on a public transport route
