• Provide high-level tax advisory services across personal and corporate tax
• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their trusted advisor
• Lead on complex tax projects, including reorganisations, succession planning, and tax planning strategies
• Oversee compliance processes and ensure timely and accurate tax filings
• Train, mentor, and develop junior staff, contributing to a high-performing team culture
• Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and provide insights to both the team and clients
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including client proposals and networking

• CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified
• Proven experience in a senior tax role within a UK accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge in both personal and corporate tax
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure
• Commercially astute with a passion for client service and team development
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• £75,000 to £90,000 per annum
