Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working exclusively with a large Distribution company to recruit for abusiness to business CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGERS
As part of a B2B Customer Service team, your role will focus on building excellent relationships with the customers, ensuring the end to end process of their orders is completed within timescale.
Daily duties include:
- Resolving any customer issues via phone and email.
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges/changes to their orders
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the customer journey
- Holding regular calls, to reach out to existing customers to verify account information and update them on their orders.
This position is very much centred around maintaining relationships with our existing customers, whilst being part of a growing business.
Start date is as soon as possible, Full training will be given, we only ask for previous Customer Services experience, preferably in an office environment.
Salary: From 23,000.00 per year until afterprobation then ir increases to 24,000
