This includes ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and supervising production teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Production Teams: Lead and motivate production teams to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the production manager to plan and organize workflow, ensuring the timely completion of production schedules.
- Equipment Oversight: Monitor and maintain production equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products that meet company standards.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of production staff, ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
