Chef de Partie - Bourne End (close to Marlow)

A wonderful opportunity to work for an exciting and dynamic new brand restaurant close to Marlow. Working alongside our professional kitchen team and reporting to our Head Chef, you will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about cooking delicious and fresh/seasonal Spanish food.

Day to day, you will be assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the following tasks:

• Organising and controlling of all kitchen operations
• Contributing ideas for menu compilation
• Preparing, cooking and service of dishes effectively and up to the standards of the Company
• Running any section in the kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience at a similar level (CDP)
• Knowledge of Spanish cuisine is preferred but not essential
• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Organised approach, hardworking and passion for food
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality, good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environments
