Sous Chef - 30,000 per annum
Full time position working 42.5 hours per week on a Rota basis.

The Role:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Culinary qualifications or relevant training.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
