Supply for Early Years-KS2 Teacher required-Worcester

Your New School:

We are looking for a dedicated Early Years-KS2 Supply teacher to join our team within the Worcester area. The perfect candidate will be committed to supporting each child's learning journey and creating a learning environment that promotes both personal and academic growth, empowering students to achieve their highest potential. Hays are working with a variety of schools across Worcester to fill roles that include short-term, long-term, maternity leaves and sickness cover.

Your New Role:

To thrive in this job, you'll play a key part in each child's journey, providing encouragement and guidance in a warm, engaging environment that nurtures both their personal and academic growth. You'll also have the flexibility to shape your working week, whether you're looking for day-to-day opportunities, short-term placements, or long-term positions in primary schools.

As an Early year supply teacher, you'll be guiding young learners through lessons based on the EYFS framework, fostering a positive, safe and well-managed classroom environment. For KS1 and KS2 supply teaching, you'll be delivering core subjects, following lesson plans, and seamlessly adapting to different school settings. You'll also be responsible for marking work and providing a clear handover for the returning teacher to ensure continuity in learning.

What you'll need to succeed?

To succeed in this new job you must be a dedicated educator with experience in either EYFS, KS1, or KS2 who are ready to make a difference. Whether you have a preferred year group or enjoy the variety of different classrooms, we want to hear from you! QTS is essential, and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply. If you have a passion for creating an engaging learning environment, can adapt to various school settings, have good behaviour management and love inspiring young learners, then this is the perfect role for you.
