This is a hybrid role, but can expect up to 50% travel to clients, operations in Europe and 1 day a week on site in Worksop (all travel costs will be paid for).It is essential that you have experience in the Outsourcing industry.
Salary: 45k-50k Depending on experience. All Travel costs will be covered as regular travel to clients in the UK & Europe will be required.
Duties:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing advice and solutions, resolving any issues or complaints, and exceeding their expectations.
- Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Serve as the focal point for overall service delivery, taking necessary actions to maintain and reinforce the relationships and quality of service.
- Implement opportunities for continuous improvement to drive revenue, reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risk to service in line with business targets.
- Regular reporting to analyse performance, trends, and common themes targeting tangible improvements by coordinating with crucial business functions..
- Growth for existing accounts, exceeding business targets, while actively seeking new business opportunities. Collaborate and support the Account/Sales teams to strategically plan and develop client accounts, ensuring continued success.
- Create robust reporting processes and escalation channels with sound commercial acumen and the ability to understand and manage business/financial data to maximise billing.
