We have an exciting new opening for a HR Manager.. Our Industrial Control & Protection division site in Worksop manufactures high quality, cost effective Cam Switches and Disconnectors for the global market with minimal environmental impact.

What you’ll do:

As a HR Manager you will be a key business partner and strategist working with the site Leadership Team to drive the business forward while ensuring a progressive focus on culture and talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Employee Relations: Address employee demands, grievances, and complex issues. Promote effective relations.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent review and performance management processes
  • Training and Development: Prepare and implement the site’s annual training plan.
  • Inclusion and Diversity: Coordinate strategies related to inclusion, community, charity, and social well-being
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive functional excellence using CI tools
  • Occupational Health and Payroll Oversight: Responsible for site health provision and payroll approval
Qualifications:
  • Level 7 CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
Skills:
  • Good change management skills to drive sustained cultural change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to partner with different audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment.
