2ND LINE IT SUPPORTMULTIPLE 3 MONTH CONTRACTSHYBRID WORKINGYORK HQDAY RATE - £170.00 - £200.00 UMB (INSIDE IR35)Your new roleMultiple opportunities for 2nd Line IT Support Candidates to be hired on an initial 3 Month Contract for a York Based Company. These roles can be worked on a Hybrid Basis - initially 3 days Office and 2 from Home and after a short Probation period - this can be reversed, giving you 3 days per week from Home. There will also be some weekend work required - which will be shared equally within the Team on a Rota Basis.
What you'll need to succeedCandidates wishing to apply must be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following key areas:Exceptional Customer ServiceTechnical experience on a busy Service Desk (minimum 2 years)Working in large scale, multi-site environmentsExperience working to and reporting against SLAsWindows 10 support in a domain environmentHardware & peripherals troubleshooting & supportSoftware troubleshooting & supportActive Directory administrationUnderstanding of TCP/IP networksMicrosoft Office 2016 SuiteVPN troubleshooting & supportWhat you'll get in returnThe initial Contract will be for a 3 Month Period - there are multiple vacancies.
