Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
- Implement and uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to staff members to help them reach their full potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance our reputation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Ideally Michelin level experience or 3AA Rosette.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ideally a car owner/driver or someone content to be located in a rural destination.
