What You’ll Do:Â
Our Title Coordinators conduct title service processing with the purpose of ensuring all client service level agreements (SLA’s) and PAR quality standards are met. The Title Coordinator must become proficient and gain the client confidence in the areas of customer service, state titling process, recovery affidavits, and communications with the auctions.
Excellent customer service, strong telephone support and ability to answer or research the answer to client questions.
General filing, copying and administrative support including for non-title processing services
Gather documents for shipment to final destination and prepare shipments
Complete title and/or registration applications, recovery affidavits and tracking transactions in all U.S. jurisdictions.
Input new title requests into title inventory system.
Call Department of Motor Vehicles and Title Services Vendors for updates daily.
Prepare and distribute title invoices involving a fee or charge.
Review all titles and related documents for clients assigned to determine action required to provide good negotiable titles.
Post title information to remarketing units in inventory.
Create, sign, and keep documents confirming the movement of title work within PAR North America. Correct identification of each title is necessary.
Prepare, audit, and maintain records relating to money required by states to process individual titles.
Communicate changes with Department of Motor Vehicles in state processing of title applications to the Title Supervisor and Manager.
Maintain a quick reference guide containing information appropriate to day-to-day title needs.
Maintain up-to-date files keeping current information and required forms to apply for new, duplicate or repossession titles from each state.
Understand and use the NADA and Registration Textbook and other applicable trade manuals.
Retain and understand how to utilize all the PAR internal computer system.
Maintain open lines of communication with all clients assigned. Communicate any concerns to supervisor or management.
Provide reports to management or clients as required.
Nice to Have:Â
Fast, accurate typing – 45-60 WPM.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and telephone skills.
Computer Experience – Windows and Google applications.                                                                                         Â
Must Have’s:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Secondary Degree preferred.
Previous work experience, general office and data entry preferred.
