We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in customer satisfaction, strategic business planning, and account growth. You will be part of the Enterprise Customer Portfolio team responsible for ensuring exceptional outcomes and exceeding sales goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in the digital marketplace or automotive industry.

You Will:

  • Build customer relationships and increase sales revenue in your designated book of business through meaningful conversations and targeted initiatives.

  • Meet or exceed daily call activity metrics, focusing on outbound calls, talk time, emails, and texts to decision makers within your territory.

  • Utilize data and research to identify customer needs and objections, adapting your sales approach accordingly.

  • Promote OPENLANE products and cross-sell to enhance customer relationships and increase market share.

  • Gather customer feedback, monitor competitors, and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

  • Stay knowledgeable about OPENLANE brands, platforms, and products, sharing customer insights with management and product teams.

  • Serve as a trusted ambassador for OPENLANE, maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Who You Will Work With:

Reporting to a Buyer Engagement Manager, this role will work closely with a customer portfolio team to ensure customer needs are consistently met and goals are exceeded. 

Must Have's:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in inside/phone sales.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Experience in enterprise account management/sales across multiple brands and platforms.

  • Proficiency in CRM usage; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of financial services.

Nice to Have's:

  • Preferred background in the automotive industry.

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
