The general duties and responsibilities of the chemist include but are not limited to the following:
- Conduct routine testing or other analysis in a specific group or department setting.
- Conduct advanced testing and/or critical testing, as required.
- Operate specialized equipment or conduct specialized skill testing.
- Participate in investigation activities.
- Skilled and hands-on experience in ICP-MS, ICP-OES, UV, HPLC, GC, IC & Dissolution instruments
- Operate a computer and analytical instrument software, including Empower, Mass Hunter, Chromeleon, Lab solutions and LIMS.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must have a life science related degree, preferably a chemistry degree
Prefers experience in Pharmaceuticals, will interview candidates with a strong nutraceutical experience. Prefers solid dose pharmaceutical experience (liquids and powders work too).
2-6 years of Pharmaceutical experience using HPLC
