Summary: 

Performs all jobs necessary as needed.  Guides and directs other personnel, gives in service training to others.  Makes sure work orders and PM’s are done in a timely fashion.  Assists as needed.

Essential Functions:

1.       Replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches and other electrical functions.

2.       Solder copper pipes.

3.       Plumbing duties, such as unclogging drains, changing toilets, sinks, replacing valves, handles, etc.

4.       Repair drywall, install drywall, paint new drywall.

5.       Work on low-voltage wiring as needed.

6.       Ability to reach schematics:  electrical, plumbing and building facility.

Required Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Associates degree is preferred 

Required License:

Valid driver’s license is required

Required Certification: 

Electrical certification is preferred

HVAC Certification is preferred
