Door Person (Driver) at 5-Star Hotel, Berkshire UK - Live Out

Are you a courteous and professional individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? Join this esteemed 5-star hotel as a Door Person/Porter and be the first point of contact for our venues valued guests. This is a full time, permanent postion operating 48 hours per week on a shift basis. If you possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and enjoy working in a luxurious environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude as they arrive at the hotel.

- Open car doors for guests and assist them with their luggage.

- Safely drive and park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring adherence to parking regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the hotel entrance.

- Provide accurate directions and information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.

- Collaborate with the concierge and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

- Uphold high standards of customer service, privacy, and security

Requirements:

- Must be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements for driving guest vehicles.

- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Prior experience in a similar role or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
