- Manage a variety of customer service tasks with a focus on high-quality outcomes.
- A proven track record in customer service.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Hospitality experience is welcomed and can be beneficial.
- Degree level education or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
