Juice is delighted to be working with an established interiors retailer, as they search for a Sales Administrator to join the team.
We are looking for a professional and confident candidate, who takes pride in providing a high standard of service. You will be working both in the showroom assisting customers, and back office dealing with administration duties.
DAY TO DAY
- Assisting customers in selecting products.
- Requesting samples from suppliers and sending them to customers.
- Booking measure & fitting dates using Google Calendar.
- Working with estimators to send quotes to customers.
- Chasing quotes.
- Emailing customers' invoices using Excel.
- Inputting invoices and bills on Xero.
- Liaising with filters, customers, and suppliers.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Ideally some previous retail experience.
- Good customer service skills.
- Be organised and have good attention to detail.
- Experience using Excel.
- Professional and positive approach.
- Be able to work every other Saturday.
