Role Overview:
The Sales Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing private-label customers while also exploring new business opportunities. While a background in Dental or Oral care is advantageous, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with existing private label customers to ensure excellent customer service and collaborate on new product development.
- Handle new private label enquiries, assist customers in product formulation, and coordinate manufacturing processes.
- Manage international and UK customers, ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a sales-through-service environment.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and initiative in converting enquiries into sales.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Organised and capable of working independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Account management experience is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in Dental or Oral care is preferred but not mandatory.
