Tradewind are currently working alongside a mainstream secondary in and around the Birmingham area. We are actively seeking Teaching Assistants to become integral members of our team and make a profound impact on the lives of students.

Your Role:

  • Offer one-on-one or group support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
  • General help within the classroom
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to execute Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to improve their emotional well-being.
  • Aid students in their academic and personal development.

Your Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Willingness to procure an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service if not presently held.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • References spanning the past 2 years of employment.
