Receptionist

Receptionist Daily duties include:

  • Greeting and booking in customers on arrival
  • Taking telephone and online bookings
  • Preparing job sheets
  • Invoicing
  • Liasing with customers on the progress of repairs required on their vehicle 
  • General admin duties involved in the day to day running of the office

What you need:

  • Experience working for a garage would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Office, front of house or reception type experience preferred.
  • Microsoft office experience would be great.
