Reed Health and Care are recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of home care services in Bolton and surrounding areas. We are looking for a registered manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of our high-quality care to our clients.As a registered manager, you will be responsible for:• Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations• Managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff recruitment, training, supervision, and retention• Providing effective leadership and support to the care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and other health and social care professionals• Promoting the rights, dignity, and independence of each client• Growing and developing the business and ensuring customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:• A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent• Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a service manager• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills• A caring, positive, and supportive attitude• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
