Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee M&A Deal Origination Advisor to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is keen to learn and develop a career in deal origination within the freight and logistics industry. The successful candidate will be trained in identifying and sourcing potential merger and acquisition opportunities, working closely with our experienced team to contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn to identify and research potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the freight and logistics sector.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders, including business owners, executives, and industry professionals.
- Support the M&A team in developing and executing deal origination strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the industry.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in deal origination, business development, or a related field within the logistics, transportation, or M&A sector.
- An eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of the freight and logistics industry, including key market players, industry dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- A track record of achieving and exceeding targets and objectives in academic or extracurricular activities.
