HR Officer
Reed HR is working with an organisation in Kent who are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer.
As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our staff and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff.
- Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance and support to managers.
- Assist with HR-related training and development initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
- 2+ years of experience within a HR role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulationsÂ
