The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a part time Customer Service administrator to work part time Sunday to Tuesday here at Westward Laboratories. You be responsible for meeting the day to day Administration needs of Westward Laboratories in line with policies and procedures set out in the Quality, LIMS and Administration Manuals.

The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for a part time Customer Service administrator to work part time Sunday to Tuesday here at Westward Laboratories. You be responsible for meeting the day to day Administration needs of Westward Laboratories in line with policies and procedures set out in the Quality, LIMS and Administration Manuals.
- Generate Test Reports from the LIMS System.
- Generate customer invoices on schedule.
- Take incoming phone calls and refer to appropriate department.
- Deal with and action incoming mail, file and archive reports, raw data and invoices
- Assist with generating Trend Analysis and Weekly/Monthly reports.
- Assist with sample collection and sample registration.
- Complete test reports and send to customers according to administration procedure and customer requirements.
- Produce the agenda and minutes for staff meeting in the format required.
- Maintain departmental holiday diary ensuring holiday rules are adhered to.
- Demonstrate to other staff test and procedures in which you are fully trained and experienced and supervise trainees work until you judge them to be proficient and aware of the critical points.

- Current driving licence
- Through knowledge of administrative and sample registration procedure
- Understanding of laboratory operation
- Go od knowledge of Administration and LIMS
- Computer literate, including Excel and knowledge of Crystal reports
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team whilst also being able to follow instruction or work using own initiative
- Please note there is some heavy lifting involved in this role
