Berkeley Scott is partnered with an award-winning, independent hotel to help them find a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team. You will be cooking with high quality fresh local produce to a 2 AA rosette standard.

Your new role as our Senior Sous Chef:
- Scratch cooking to a high standard
- Menu planning and design
- Managing and development of brigade
- Jointly responsible for stock control
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards as required
- Maintaining a high level of kitchen cleanliness
What we ask of you:
- Must have real passion for cooking and providing the highest quality of food
- Conference and banqueting experience desired
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar standard setting
- Must be organised and a good communicator
- Experience with Spanish cuisine is preferred but not essential
