Supervisor - New Opening - Modern British Pub - £14 per hour - East Dulwich
Urban Pubs, Bars & Restaurants are opening our newest site in the heart of East Dulwich. Our Victorian pub is the perfect spot for great drinks, delicious seasonal food with an awesome beer garden at the heart of the community. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends and family for drinks, a bite, or both.
We are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious Supervisor with personality and charisma for the new opening.
If you are excited about being part of a new opening, are engaging, people focused, happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in across all sections, then this could be the opportunity for you.
The Role
- As Supervisor you will support the managers in delivering a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both our guests and team members.
- You lead by example and go the extra mile, you're reliable and take on responsibility
- Your team will look up to you, it's essential to help train, nurture and develop the team to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
What we looking for:
- "Wear your heart on your sleave", take ownership, be bold and let your personality shine
- Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you
- You’re not precious, we leave our egos at the door and help get stuff done
- Having experience working withing food led business is beneficial
- Solid communication and organisational skills, be approachable
- Superb customer and floor service skills
- An entrepreneurial flare, we want your ideas and to get involved in the local community
- Passionate about people, training, mentoring, growing a team but most importantly, love to have fun
