Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences
- Supporting children's development across all areas, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
