Location: Southeast England   Rate: Up to £60 per hour UmbrellaWorking Pattern: Full Time with office attendance ideally 2 days per week however those looking for part time availability or only able to offer more ad-hoc office attendance are encouraged to apply

 Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the South East in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is a full-time role where you will be handling a variety of Commercial property matters including regeneration.

Duties may include:

• Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
• Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
• Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters

This post is full time (37 hours per week) on a hybrid basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
