The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Service Desk Administrator on behalf of The UKSI Limited.

ABOUT US:

The UKSI Limited offers multi-site and national customers, the choice to contract their Fire and Security needs to one provider. We offer a single point of contact at our National Control Centre. A dedicated service point (Elite Desk) who instructs our regional delivery teams in order to provide a first-class service installing, commissioning and maintaining fire and security systems.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and resilient Customer Service Administrator to join our team, and who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work setting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional capability to manage tight deadlines and fluctuating priorities with composure and efficiency.

As Service Administrator of our Service Desk, some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer interactions daily via email or telephone.
  • Accepting, acknowledging, and logging requests for work on our cloud-based CRM system.
  • Process customer purchase orders/job numbers/work orders to ensure up to date invoicing.
  • Liaising between Delivery Centres (DC’s) and customer representatives to agree on suitable date/time for attendance, whist adhering to agreed KPI’s.
  • Creating and sending work orders to DC’s from CRM system, preparing quotes and matching subsequent invoices.
  • Tracking work orders to ensure attendance has been met and correct paperwork has been completed.

?KEY PERSON CRITERIA:

  • Someone who can excel at navigating high-pressure and fast paced situations, and can pivot quickly in response to changing organisational needs.
  • An experienced and confident Administrator.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Service desk experience is desirable.
  • Bookkeeping skills advantageous but not essential.
