Assistant Manager
Vittoria on the Walk, established in 1970, has had a makeover and we cannot wait for you to be part of our new chapter!
Our new opening site is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join the opening team.
If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Your Role:
- Support the Bar/Restaurant Manager in the running of the site
- Ongoing support & development of the team
- Daily processing of orders and invoices
- Ensure Food Safety/Health & Safety & Licensing Law compliance is adhered to
- Provide excellent guest service and customer care
Expectations:
- Experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant
- Initiative, resilience, organisational and strong communication skills
- Be able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure
- A passion to deliver exceptional experiences to ever guest
