Your Company:A fantastic opportunity has become available within a fast-growing technology and IT company who are searching for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team located in the Greater Southampton area. For years now this company provided excellent services to their customers, ensuring that their clients’ needs are catered to from inception to the point of implementation and then afterwards during aftercare. They place their customers at the centre of what they do and are constantly finding and developing new and innovative IT and technological solutions. Your Roles & Responsibilities:While in this role your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Working alongside internal departments and teams to help manage the customer base and ensure customer satisfaction is the upmost priority
  • Utilising the correct sales processes and procedures to ensure consistency with customers
  • Co-ordinating and liaising with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure that supplies of goods are delivered on time and within budget
  • Effectively managing expectations when arranging delivery times and communicate this information to relevant parties internally
  • Holding frequent meetings, as often as necessary, with customers
  • Being a point of contact for customer service complaints and ensure these are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Working to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s to provide good service 
What you will need to Apply:The ideal candidate for this role would preferably have exposure to a previous similar account management role or experience in a relevant work environment for example within an IT company. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and pride yourself on your ability to create and maintain a strong rapport with customers or clients. Customer satisfaction should be at the top of priorities, and you should be a great team player, working well with your colleagues and internal teams as well. Alongside these skills you should also be organised and have an excellent attention to detail.What you will get in Return:For the successful candidate, a salary of up to £26,000 is available alongside a package that includes 25 days holiday and a market rate pension scheme.
