We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable principle contractor based in Fleet. The contractor carry out new build / refurbishment projects across the retail, leisure and commercial sectors with projects typically valuing up to 5mil. Projects are typically quick turn around with fast programmes and they have built strong relationships with blue chip clients such as Sainsbury's, Asda and McDonalds.
Due to steady growth of the business over the last year, they are now looking to bring an Assistant Quantity Surveyor into the team to manage projects from initial conception through to final account. You will be working closely with the Senior Surveyor and report directly to the Managing Director.
This opportunity would experience an Assistant Surveyor, from either a sub-contract or main contractor background, with around 3 years industry experience.
In return, they're offering a salary of up to 45k (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a business with ample opportunity and a strong pipeline of work.
