The practice works across the Healthcare, Education, Hospitality and Residential sectors and prides itself on providing sustainable and innovative designs to every client. The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification experience, strong technical abilities and a proven track record of job running. You should have a proven track record of managing a team and should boast creative design flare alongside a drive to succeed.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post-qualification
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential
  • Strong technical abilities
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
  • Comprehensive understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Manage your own team and work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
