We are currently looking for Chef de Partie to join the Starhotels team on a full-time basis. The vacancy is available in our London property, located in the South Kensington area: The Gore Hotel.
The successful Chef de Partie will be able to demonstrate:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
- Helping the sous chef and聽head chef聽to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Chef de Partie Requirements:
- We are looking for a passionate and career-driven Chef de Partie who is eager to start a new culinary journey at a five-star hotel.
- We are seeking a Chef de Partie who is creative, well organised and a great team player.
- The ideal Chef de Partie will have worked in luxury hotels, restaurants.
