Opus People Solutions are seeking a Senior Finance Officer on a full time, permanent basis in Ipswich.
This role is hybrid, giving you a chance to balance your personal life.

Day to day, you will:
- Provide advice, support and guidance to customers, via telephone or remotely and on site provision when required
- Conduct further investigation/analysis of customer enquiries and requirements to contribute to customer resolution
- Resolve customer problems/issues as assigned, seeking advice from team leader as required
- Undertake appropriate action to bring customer query/requirements to resolution
- Manage a portfolio of customers
- Monitor customers' financial position through production of management accounts and reporting information
- Bookkeeping and accounting for transactions
- Manipulate and interpret data
- Variance analysis
- Assist in the implementation of identified technical/professional actions to meet customer requirements
