We are looking for an organised team player who has strong communication skills to join an industry leading production company! As the Administration Assistant you will work across the full spectrum of the live department managing, and monitoring of all the administration functions for shows and tours. Please note before applying: This role is based near Doncaster.

Your role will consist of reviewing venue contracts, processing invoices and keeping vital company-wide spreadsheets up to date, right through to managing guest lists and securing guest hosts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and manage company administration systems

* Create, review, negotiate and file contracts

* Management of guest lists, keeping producers, ticketing, marketing and customer service teams updated as required

* Liaising with producers and stakeholders such as venues, agents, publishers and corporate clients

* Request, monitor and track venue settlements, working closely with our finance department to ensure swift payment and accurate record keeping

* Work closely with the Producers doing monthly tour expenses

* Assist the Producers and Senior Production coordinator with various pre-production associated with tours and events

Essential Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

* The ability to travel to the office near Doncaster

* Understanding of the event industry

* Demonstrable experience handling guest lists

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

* Experience of reviewing and/or negotiating contracts
