Elevation Recruitment Group are working in Partnership with one of our clients who are an exciting journey of transformational change and have a new opportunity for a dynamic and creative Employer Brand Manager 

As an integral member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the employer brand strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

As the chief storyteller! Building a unique, differentiated employer brand will require someone who is creative, that understands what it takes to stand out in a competitive marketplace for talent, and who’s super passionate about continuing to drive a culture internally which the team will be proud of.

Responsibilities of the Employer Brand Manager will include:

  • Shape and craft how the EVP is embedded throughout every moment that matters in the employee experience.
  • Manage the recruitment focussed social media channels and careers sites - ensuring that every touchpoint gives the candidates the best experience and reflects the EVP
  • Champion diversity, promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), manage an advocacy and forge strategic partnerships, maintaining adaptability amid evolving market trends
  • Creative Content Production: Plan, produce, and deliver engaging content for social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn, Insta, and TikTok. 
  • Lead in the delivery of internal and external events where the focus is building the employer brand, and engagement 
  • Share the stories of the culture, people and company goals, in innovative, differentiated and compelling ways to different audiences and personas.
  • Develop the metrics to measure your impact in enhancing the employer brand externally and in our internal ambassadorship.
  • Manage our entries into top employer recognition awards to benchmark us against others and showcase our strengths
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, including HR, Marketing, and Recruitment, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

About you

  • Have strong employer brand experience (ideally 5+yrs) - where you’ve been responsible for owning, leading and executing the strategy
  • Development and launch of an EVP & associated attraction campaign delivery.
  • Degree educated (Marketing ideally) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent creative ability to turn vision into reality.
  • Decisive and able to prioritise the most impactful activities - proven ability to use data to inform decision making to drive and measure results
  • Proven ability to generate original, meaningful and creative content across multiple channels for different personas
  • Experienced in driving results through the creation and delivery of campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills are essential
  • (Design, Video Editing, Content Management Systems CMS, Candidate Management Systems.
