We are looking for FRESH FOOD SOUS or PUB CHEF who are looking for that next step up in a great working environment. The team member will assist the Head Chef with complete menu autonomy and help create mouth watering dishes.
If you like the idea of adding that creative spark at a well established eatery this role could be for you. The pub wishes to offer a mixture of seasonal classics with a great specials board.
The kitchen is equipped well and offers a great working environment.
The ideal candidate will be trained in professional cookery to a high standard and will enjoy working in a well established and popular location. The pub has a great reputation and is one of the top pubs in the area.
About the Chef we are seeking....
- We are seeking a chef who can produce food with passion and enjoys creating mouth watering specials.
- A Chef who holds the hotplate together and produces fantastic quality dishes.
- Supportive of company objectives and a passion to work with senior management for the good of the business.
- We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the kitchen and likes to develop dishes.
- A team player who wants to be part of a successful business.
- A professional chef who has a solid C.V.

An average working week will be 48 hours and there is a competitive salary plus -
